During my exercise of meditation, I was having such a hard time concentrating! I feel that as soon as I say to my self, I am going to quiet my mind and relax and pay attention. The gates of my thoughts are opened and I flood my mind with a million thoughts! I don't get it, I have to center myself back and focus on the voice of the recording. Is this normal? Is this part of the process? Don't get me wrong it feels absolutely great but I seem more distracted when I'm trying to meditate, then when I'm just going about my business.
