I chose this
course because I really wanted to learn to meditate and I can honestly say that
it has been a great experience thus far. Throughout this course I have been
practicing the meditative exercises and practices, the recordings have been the
most beneficial. Visualization and the loving kindness are the most I was able
to identify the most with. The loving-kindness exercise encourages to simply to
love others as well as myself. This can only be a great thing and it has been.
The visualization exercise is also very beneficial because it allows me to
visualize what and where I want to be in my life. This is absolutely wonderful,
I have been doing this for a long time and it works for me.
I am not
implementing these practices as much as I would like but I practice it at least
twice a week. I usually incorporate the exercises during my brake, as I stated
before I have it on my iTunes on my iPhone to be more readily available to me.
Hi, and good post. Loving Kindness is a good practice to forgive those you do not get along with. It can do no wrong to think positive. I just tried putting the meditation files on my mp3 so I can listen to them more often. Good luck!
